    usage of sublime

sublime - very beautiful or very good

I am going to make a sentence using this adjective.

(ex) The food served in this restaurant is sublime.

Am I using the adjective correctly in the sentence above?

    Thanks for your help.

    Re: usage of sublime

What an interesting coincidence. Less than a minute ago I asked a friend how his dinner was. He said "It was sublime."

    Your sentence is fine.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
