    difference between have vs.get

    what is the differnce betwen the following two sentneces in terms of meaning?

    I had him clean the room. vs. I got him to clearn the room.
    I had him cut myhair. vs. I got him to cut my hair.

    If there is differnce, what is it ? and when do you native English use get and have?

    In those examples, there isn't much difference. 'Have' is probably more common in formal language.
