    Need help!!! Plsssssss

I have recently come across a reading passage about anger. Here is an excerpt of it. Can anyone tell me the meaning of "a friend in disguise" here? Does it mean that anger can also be a good thing?

    The Trouble with Anger

It also tells us that anger isnít a bad thing if we can use it in constructive ways.

I agree with the writer that we should avoid labeling anger as good or bad but decide whether it is adaptive or not because anger .........

So we must try to control the expression of our anger and treat it as a friend in disguise.

    Many thanks!!

Anger can be a great motivator and can lead to positive outcomes if it used in an appropriate way.
