The part of having crush is to or is V-ing

Which one is the right statement?
"The part of having crush is admiring each other" or "The part of having crush is to admire each other"

    Thank you, Leoni. xx

Sorry, may I get this straight? I think you're saying that this type of crush is the romantic sort. I would say "The part of having a crush is admiring each other." I wouldn't say 'to admire' because you already have a crush right? But actually I don't think that the word 'part' is the best word to use.

    Note!!!!! Not a teacher!

Neither makes any sense. "The part of having crush" is not grammatical. You could say something like "Part of having a crush on someone is admiration for them". Generally, one person has a crush on someone else. It's not usually mutual admiration (unfortunately!)
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
