    "Predispose"

Please advise if "predispose" is appropriately used in the below case. Thanks.

Due to the child abuse, as baby were shaken severely or brutally beaten by their parents, physical damages was caused to the brain, the amygdala in the area of pre-frontal cortex, which generate and control emotions, is vulnerable and become uncontrollable to its desires. They are easily prone to anger and rage. Therefore, the fact as stated and the comprehension of violent behaviors from parents predispose audit to murder after they grow up.

Let's say 'probably', but I'm sorry to say that there's so much wrong with your post that the question of 'predispose' is a minor detail.

    Re: "Predispose"

"Due to the child abuse, as the baby was shaken severely or brutally beaten by its parents, physical damage was caused to the brain: the amygdala in the area of pre-frontal cortex, which generates and controls emotions, is vulnerable and become uncontrollable to its desires [Who is vulnerable? Do you mean the amygdala is vulerable to damage? If so, what does "become uncontrollable to its desires mean? (given that the amygdala doesn't have desires)]. They are easily prone to anger and rage. Who is? Therefore, the fact as stated and the comprehension of violent behaviors from parents predispose audit [... ]to murder after they grow up."

"the baby was... its"; or "the babies were ... their"

If this is your sentence, can you write it in smaller words or sentences? There are bits (those in red) that can't be corrected because they don't mean anything.

    Re: "Predispose"

Thank you for your prompt reply.

I want to point out that the amygdala in the area of pre-frontal cortex ("front part of the brain") is vulnerable and the people who suffers from such injury become uncontrollable to its desires.

Therefore, the fact as stated and unconsciously learning violent behaviors from parents predispose injured audit to become murderer after they grow up.

Please advise if it is easier to be interpreted after the amendment.

But again, the amygdala doesn't have desires. That's not really simpler. What do you mean by "uncontrollable to its desires"?
The person become unresponsive to emotional control by the amygdala.

Therefore, the fact as stated [What fact? You've stated a few. Do you mean the brain damage?] and unconsciously learning violent behaviors from parents predispose injured audit [Do you mean 'adult'?] to become murderer after they grow up.

Please advise if it is easier to be interpreted after the amendment.
You need to be careful with pronouns and subject-verb agreement.

What I know is this: If a baby gets brain damage from violent parents, and its amygdala is damaged, then its ability to control its emotions and temper could be affected. Because of that, and because of learning violent behaviour from its parents, the child could grow up to be a violent person.

If the amygdala is destroyed, it tends to make people (and animals) less aggressive.

Animal studies have shown that stimulating the amygdala appears to increase both sexual and aggressive behavior. Likewise, studies using brain lesions have shown that harm to the amygdala may produce the opposite effect. Thus, it appears that this part of the brain may play a role in the display and modulation of aggression
