    Payments

Please correct it if it is not.

I received three amounts from Kapil on your behalf with different days in the month of February 2015, Rupees 120,000/- ,120,000/- and 160,000/- the total amount is Rupees 400,000/- . As you said over the phone that you are coming from Dubai and needs to total amount which I received from Kapil. You also desire the amount should be converted into US $ . I try my best to get a better rate in the exchange market. hope to see you on Monday i.e 16th March.

I simplified your post. It may helpful for you.

As instructed by you, I have collected your total payment of Rupees 400,000 from Kabil on 3 installments in the month of February2015. As per your telephonic request, I would try to find a good rate at the exchanges and convert the same into the USD. I await for your arrival on 16thMarch.
