Dear teachers

What does "scuzz-dump" mean in "my place, though - no the scuzz-dump". Please advise.

"Scuzz" refers to a contemptible person.

In BrE, if something is "scuzzy", it's really dirty or filthy. In the little context you provided, I would assume the person meant "Let's do it at my house though, not at the house/flat that's full of filth".

You could call the same sort of place simply a dump but the use of "scuzz" before it makes it sound even more disgusting.

There's a colloquial term used in BrE when someone does something really revolting - they're a "complete/total scuzzbucket!" That might be regional to my area.
