    We are almost there at March end and we need to submit the Balance confirmation to the Auditors also.

    Is the above sentence correct?

    It is almost the end of March so we need to submit our "balance confirmation" to the auditors.

    I have put "balance confirmation" in quotes because I don't recognise the phrase but it might be used in your company.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
