    Yes. Or "I'm cutting sugar out of my diet for a bit/for a while".

    It is possible to say "Can this be said?" In fact, that's probably more logical than "Can I say this/that?" because the latter asks only if the person asking the question can say it. The former asks if it is possible/correct for anyone to say it.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
