    Personally I prefer "Yes I did one last year" but would not say that "I've done one" is wrong. It may be a transatlantic difference.

    Yes, I've done one last year.

    This is not correct because you do not use the present perfect tense when the time (last year) is stated. Only the past tense works.

    I have done one. I did it last year.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
