Seeking help to use correct English

Hi there,

I am trying to translate a portion of news printed in the local newspaper. I want to translate the news from Gujarati (my language) to English. The news I have translated is mentioned below.

This is Mr. X. He lives in a city of Indonesia. He loves his two pet dogs very much. He takes them with him wherever he goes on the scooter. While riding on the scooter he takes care of dogs' style and security. He gets dogs put on helmet as well as spectacles.

I am interested to know how to describe bold sentence in a correct and proper way.
