Hello I want to learn english because i still confuse on how to build the sentences. What is the differences between wanted and want. Correct me if im wrong.

Look at my corrections to your post. Remember that capitalisation and punctuation are very important in written English.

"Want" is the bare infinitive of the verb "to want" and it is the present simple form for 5 of the 6 'persons'. "Wanted" is the simple past of the verb "to want" in all 6 'persons'.

Simple Present:

I want
You want
He/she/it wants
We want
You want
They want

Simple Past:

I wanted
You wanted
He/she/it wanted
We wanted
You wanted
They wanted
