    A problem in my studying

    Very time I speak in public,I always feel extrmely nervous .Even I had well perpared,I could not speak smoothly and I usually forget what to say.I have tried many times to overcome my inconfidence,but I found it really hard for me.I was wondering could you give me some advice?Thank you very much.

    Forget 'inconfidence/unconfidence'. Use 'lack of confidence'.
