the meaning of "get sb to do/doing sth"

The definition of " get sb to do/doing sth" in Longman Dictionary of Contemporary English is "to persuade or force someone to do something". But the expressions also mean"to casue sth to happen, or cause a particular state" (as in: "You got me looking so crazy right now"), am I right? I just want to make sure.

Re: the meaning of "get sb to do/doing sth"

My above post was ungrammatical because 'You made me look' should have been used instead of 'You made me looking'. Is it correct?

    I am not a teacher.

This sounds suspiciously like the lyrics of 'Crazy in love'. Song lyrics should be used as a grammar reference at your peril.
