    last done

I have a checklist and I have an item (example: [take medicine]), if I have taken the medicine today, can I write "last done: 24 March 2014")

    Is [last done] correct English?

Is [last checked] correct English? (I think I heard of [last checked] before)

    Re: last done

"Something that is last done on a date " is correct, but it is up to you how you want to keep your record.
But for pragmatic reasons, I would not write that. I would just write the date every time I take the medicine or I would put a tick on a calendar.
