    It's very confusing. I think you might mean:

    There was a power outage because the electricity bill had not been paid and because of ongoing work on the generator.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    The second part does not have a subject so it could mean anything.
    It could mean work continued using generator supply (power) instead of main supply.

    There were power outage and then for continue the operation we turn on the generator.How can I say that?

    We had a power outage because the bill hadn't been paid but (fortunately) we have a generator so we turned that on and carried on working.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
