    Once reached at Delhi, please let me know.

    I understand the above sentence is Passive? Can you please let me know the active sentence of above one?

    The sentence is not grammatical. Presumably it means, "When you get to Delhi, please let me know."

    You can use "Once you reach Delhi, ..." or "Once you have reached Delhi, ...".
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
