Correct: Customers feedback states that the machine has been more than satisfied with

Is this sentence correct? What would you say instead? Does "state" seem ok here?
Customers feedback states that the machine has been more than satisfied with.

    Perhaps:

Customer feedback indicates that they are happy with the way the machine has been working.

(I am guessing with the last part of the sentence, because I am not really sure what you are trying to say.)

The sitiation is the following: Customers bought a new model of a photocopier. As it is a new one, they were asked to send feedback about the machine. Then it happened that according to the feedback they were more than satisfied with it.

In that case: "According to the feedback, the people who have bought the copier are more than satisfied with it."

Customer feedback indicates a high level of satisfaction with the photocopier.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

You can't always make a sentence passive.
"A has been more than satisfied with B" - Good
"B has been more than satisfied with by A" - Bizarre. (You can tell this isn't a transformation because the verb and complement haven't changed.)
The problem is that the first sentence is already passive. The active equivalent is something like, "B has more than satisfied A".
Customer feedback states that the machine has more than satisfied them (the customers).

    Ray,
Why do you add "by" in no.2 sentence?
In my dictionary, it's passive too.

Am I wrong, not a teacher.

'By' is always the preposition signifying the agent in the passive voice.
