    You can't omit 'on'.

    What about add "for" in this sentence as below?
    You're coming here for vacation so stop stressing so much.

    Does it make any sense?

    Batman, if your friend is already there, you would not say "You are coming here".

    Good point. You could say that to someone who is coming in the future. If they've already arrived, you would say "You're here on vacation so stop stressing so much!"
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
