next door to me/ next door to mine

Are both of the following correct?
    1. Their house is next door to me.
    2. Their house is next door to mine.

Can we leave "to" in this question?
Which supermarket did you go to?

    Not a teacher
I'd honestly just say their house next door.
I don't think the sentence will make sense if you omit the to
Another form of this sentence would be: To which supermarket did you go? But you still need the to.

Re: next door to me/ next door to mine

Zkiller, "their house next door" is completely wrong.

The correct version is "Their house is next door to mine". You can say "They live next door to me".

As Zkiller said, "to" is required in your second question. In future, please post different questions in separate threads.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
