    It's an expression which means that you are defined by what you read.
    There are other similar expressions such as "you are what you eat."

    Please use full sentences. Don't replace "What does this mean?" with "=?"
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
