    Hair till his shoulders

    "His hair is very long, it is till his shoulders" or "His hair is longl till his shoulders". Please check.

    Tufguy, have you ever heard hair described as being tall?
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    He has hair down to his shoulders. (Note that bhaisahab's is better.) Also, "He has shoulder-length hair".
