When to use comma in a sentence which starts with 'As'

As per my knowledge, this issue is because of that guy.

As per my understanding, this is correct.

As I know that, this way is correct.

Please correct and explain on where and when to use comma in these sentences.

Re: When to use comma in a sentence which starts with 'As'

First of all, I would advise you not to use the expression "as per". It tends to be used by people trying to create a (false) impression that they are experts in something. It's generally far better to use "according to", or even, simply, "to".
    The commas are correct.

Alternatively - and often best of all - you could simply say "I know that", or "I understand that"; in which case, no commas would be necessary.
I'm not a teacher of English, but I have spoken it for (almost) all of my life....

How is the first sentence differ from the second one by using 'as' in it?

As I know that, this way is correct.
