No. You were created a computer? What does it mean?

How about "I created a personal computer with an X86 processor in 1989"?

    Yeah...this is correct....without word "was".

    Is this past simple time?

Note that your question should be 'Is this sentence correct?'

You now know this is wrong.

Please don't use "Yeah". We don't connect sentences with strings of dots. One full stop is enough. Your question should have been something like "I understand now that it is correct without the word "was".

Again, don't connect words or sentences with strings of dots. You can Google the term "ellipsis" to learn how to use three dots correctly. Your strings of dots should have been either a single full stop or a comma.

If you were trying to conjugate the verb "to be", you should have written something like :

    To be
    I/(s)he was, you/we/they were
I/(s)he, you, we, they have been
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
