1. "I was creator" is not grammatical. Where did you find it?
2. "This sentence is correct?" is not the way to construct a question. You need to change the word order. "Is this sentence correct?"
3. "What is tense for this sentence?" is not correct. It should be "What is the tense in this sentence?" or "Which tense is used in this sentence?"

[STRIKE]From my mind[/STRIKE] I made it up/I wrote it myself.

I want you to fix the errors [STRIKE]for[/STRIKE] in my [STRIKE]bad[/STRIKE] English.

Yes, because this is a question, [STRIKE]but[/STRIKE] not a sentence.

I will be using this question.

See above for corrections. What were you trying to say with "I was creator"?

An article should be used before singular countable nouns such as 'creator', 'network' and 'website'.

Not a teacher.

I was the creator of a/the social network.
I was the creator of a/the website.

[strike]and[/strike] I could write other examples. [strike]...[/strike]

As Matthew Wai said, you have omitted obligatory articles. You also failed to end each sentence with a single, appropriate punctuation mark. "and other ..." is not a sentence.

Please see above for my corrections to your post.
