Seeking help: "black-face" & "rudely cast"

    Dear teachers

Could you please advise "that" is placed between the noun "I" and verb to be "shaped"? And, what does "black-faced" war mean, and what does "rudely cast" mean in the sentence below?

And I that am not shaped for black-faced war, I that am rudely cast and want true majesty

    Please advise.

    Holden

And I, that am not shaped for black-faced war,
I am that am rudely cast and want true majesty...’ - Richard III, Blackadder

(I believe this is a deliberate misquote of Shakespeare)

'That' means 'who'. "And I, who am not shaped ..."
