we are not full only of hopes, bus also of fears

The results of the survey clearly show that we are not full only of hopes, bus also of fears.

    Is the sentence above correct?
Please, correct all my mistakes. I should know English perfectly and if you show me my mistakes I will achieve my dream a little bit faster. A lot of thanks.
