The experience is gained by working.

    Hi teacher,

Can you please tell me if the use of 'gain' is correct in the following sentences and if the following sentence are grammatical? (If there is grammatical mistakes in this question sentence can you also tell me the correct version?)

1)The experience is gained by working.
2)You must gain more experience to advance in career.
3)Gaining experience is important to advance in career.
4)The workers who didn't gain experience enough will not get a promotion.

4th sentence - "Enough" should come before "experience".

No. It is not. I am not a student. I am trying to translate some sentences to English from my language to improve my English.

1)The experience is gained by working.
2)You must gain more experience to advance in your career.
3)Gaining experience is important to advance in your or one's career. For advancement is better than to advance here.

I agree that in number 4, experience should precede enough. Also, given the contraction didn't in the first clause, won't is better than will not in the second. Parallelism or agreement is almost always better than disagreement.

I would not use the definite article in the first. You gain experience by working would work better for me.

ercantuncer, I asked you here to edit your post by leaving a space after every full stop (period). You ignored that then and you have repeated the same bad practice now.

I am sorry for this mistake. I edited my posts by leaving a space after every full stop as you said.
