It's an adjective.

By the way, it's a great pity that punctuation isn't taught in Algeria. But you'll need to learn it from somewhere. If you know any French, English punctuation is similar. In particular, we end a sentence with a full stop, and start one with a capital letter.

Punctuation is almost certainly taught, but how well it is learnt (and taught) may be a different matter.

It's possible, but I've noted before that almost no one from northern Africa (Algeria, Tunisia) punctuates when they come here. Believe it or not, I guessed Algeria before I looked at the profile, hence my comment. That may be a prejudice; if so, perhaps the OP could disabuse me of the notion.

(Perhaps, Kira87, you could tell me whether they teach punctuation in Algeria)

So will I. However, I do not expect it to be forthcoming. I've asked before.

Please stop writing 'tiskled' — it's tickled.

It's the past participle of the verb 'tickle' used as an adjective.

***
Please note that a better title would have been The lion was so tickled at the idea.
