Can I say that?

"We accept cash only, we don't accept an other payment"?

"We accept cash only, we didn't accept an other payment"?

Can I say that?

"We accept cash only [in the present]; we don't accept an other payment [in the present]"?

"We accept cash only [in the present]; we didn't accept an other payment [in the past]"?
Are you going to make a systematic study of the easy tenses at some stage? It would save you a lot of trouble.
Use 1.
We generally don't say that we only accept cash now, but in the past we didn't accept other forms of payment.
Are you really asking about the difference between 'don't' and 'didn't'?

Neither is correct. Use "we don't accept any other payment" and use a semicolon after "only".

I want to know my statement is correct or not.

Whether they are correct depends on what you mean. What do you want to say?
You probably mean 1.
If you want to say that you only accept cash, but last year (for example) you didn't accept cheques or credit cards, then say 2. But almost no one would want to say this.

Our restaurant didn't accept any other payment, just received paying by cash. But the customer didn't bring enough money for the bill.

Then you say 1. It's irrelevant what your policy was in the past. The customer is not concerned about being told what your policy from last year was. "We do accept only cash (now); we don't accept other forms of payment (now)".

Re: Can I say that? "We accept cash only, we don't accept an other payment"?

Why isn't common of my sentence?

That doesn't make sense, Polyester. I don't know what you're asking.

You have a customer (now). He doesn't have money (now). You tell him, "We only accept cash (now). We don't accept cheques (now)." Do you understand this far?

Note one of the answers above talked about accepting any other forms of payment.

I hope you have a very large sign saying "cash only" at the entrance. Otherwise you will have to say this a lot.

If I change that into past tense, does it make sense?

We did accept cash only; we didn't accept any other form of payment.

I can understand you. Raymott.
"The customer finished his menu. He wanted to end up the bill, but he couldn't investigate the cash in his wallet. Then, he took out the credit card for paying the bill."

We did accept cash only; we didn't accept any other form of payment.

Why would you want to say that? How does it help the customer who has no money now?

It would only be helpful, if you said "Last year, we accepted only cash. This year, we decided to start accepting credit cards."

The customer finished his meal. He wanted to pay the bill but he couldn't find any cash in his wallet so he took out a credit card to pay. I had to say "Sorry, sir, we only accept cash at this restaurant".
