I'm at the fair and I say: I need an adhesive that would/will/can stick to the mater

I'm at the Glue and adhesive expo and I say to a business rep:

I need a type of adhesive that would/will/can stick to the material and can be reused as well.

    Are all three okay?

I would use 'can' and 'will'.
How can adhesive be used a second time(reused)?

It's a special type of adhesive. That's why I'm at the expo trying to find it.

You could just say 'I need an adhesive that sticks to the material and can be reused as well.

That's what Post-it notes were developed for.
