    What are gerund and their passive and when we should make passive of gerund and how it is done? ??

    Gerunds don't become passive. Sentences with gerunds might.
    "What are you doing?" -> "What is being done [by you]."
    "I am feeding the cat" -> "The cat is being fed [by me]."
    I'd suggest you forget about gerunds in this context, and just learn how to make any sentence passive.
