put an end / a stop to any more risks, no more accidents - it's time for a change

    Hello again!

Within the framework of the organised competitions, there is going to be a speech delivered under the title "Put an end / a stop to any more risks, no more accidents - it's time for a change / it's time (for us) to make a change". As you may have guessed, the theme of the speech is related to health and safety at work.

Do you think the wording is properly formulated?

    Thank you.

I prefer the snappier "No more accidents. It's time for a change". It should be clear that it is impossible to put an end to all risk!
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
