    The dev who working/works on?

Please help me correct my sentence if it's wrong:

"Are the developer who working on Grand Theft Auto 5 is the same developer who works on Grand Theft Auto 4?"

Re: The dev who working/works on?

Is the developer [who is] working on GTA5 the same one who is working on/worked on GTA4?
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

Which one is correct? Working on or worked on? Also the "developer" I mentioned in here is plural, they're a team. So should I use are or is?

Re: The dev who working/works on?

It depends. If the developer is still working on GTA4, then use "is working on". If development has finished, then use "worked on".

If it's a team of developers, you can use "are" but you need to use "developers".

Are the developers [who are] working on GTA5 the same ones who are working on/who worked on GTA4?"

Thanks for the explanation. One more question. So GTA4 is already released and GTA5 is still in development—can I say this: "Is GTA5 make by the same developers who made GTA4?" Is my grammar correct?

With my correction above (in red), the sentence is OK.

But GTA5 isn't finished yet, still in the making. Why use made instead of make?

Re: The dev who working/works on?

Sorry, I misread it. If it is still in development, it should be "Is GTA5 being made by the same developers who made GTA4?"
