In standard English, do we use both "could and would" in Conditional sentences Type II?

'Variations of the main clause might or could may be used instead of would.'── quoted from http://www.englishtenses.com/second_conditional

Tranlam1609, why don't you give us some example sentences using "could" and "would" in the second conditional?
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

I tried to make by myself. Are the following sentences correct?
If I hit you, the police would arrest me.
I could not steal the chocolate bar from the shop,it's criminal.

Am I wrong? Not a teacher.

Polyester, I asked tranlam1609 (the OP) to give some example sentences. Please allow the person who asked the question to try first.
