    He is uptight so please don't disturb him for couple of days.

    Not really, no. Generally, if a person is uptight, they are like it all the time. It's a general characteristic. It doesn't require people to avoid disturbing the person.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
