Hello. What does "at a jog" mean?
Could it mean "moving at a slow pace"?

A jog is a slow run. I wouldn't call it "a slow pace". It's slower than full-speed running. It's much slower than sprinting. It's faster than walking.

Actually, I think you've found a bit of odd phrasing. My bet is that the writer meant "eat it while jogging." The writer is not going to sit down to eat.

When we say "I won at a walk" or "I won at a jog," we mean "I didn't have to work very hard to win - winning was easy."
