    Talking present tense?

    Hello,

    If i ask someone this question "who pays it?"

    is it the same with he shots me?
    it means that action is repeated?

    EX: He shots me. <ungrammatical>

    "shot" is the past tense of the verb shoot. Past tense verbs do not take present tense markers. -s is a present tense marker:

    Present: He shoots me every time I play this game!
    Past: He shot me three times.
