    Depending on the context, we would usually say "I guess it would be...." Both are okay, but the first is more natural because it's clearer.

    What are (or what is) crores?
    I'm not a teacher. I speak American English. I've tutored writing at the University of Southern Maine and have done a good deal of copy editing and writing, occasionally for publication.
