    the second time

    Can one say
    a. It is my second time in this museum to see Francis Bacon's works.

    ?

It is supposed to mean: This is the second time I have been in this museum to see Francis Bacon's works. (Maybe I have been here more than twice, but this is the second time I have been here to see his works).

    Many thanks.
