    Talking Vocabulary and Language

How to describe a man who is not satisficed with the present situation, but doesn't have the ability to achieve further goals?

Use a word or a phrase please.

Does"A man who has grandiose aims but puny abilities"make sense?

    Re: Vocabulary and Language

I would change "puny" to "limited".
