    Admits to

    Dear teachers

In the following sentence, shall I use "admits" or "admits to"? Possible to give me your thoughts?

The government admits to high-speed link delay

    Regards

    Re: Admits to

    "Admits" is correct.
    Note:
"Government admits to high-speed link delay"
This can work as a news headline.
