    "You should have called me" or "You should called me"

    May i use both of them? Do they mean the same?

    The first is a past tense. The second is the present tense.

    - You should have called me. But you didn't. Bad you!

    - You should call me. You can call today, tonight, or tomorrow.
    I'm not a teacher. I speak American English. I've tutored writing at the University of Southern Maine and have done a good deal of copy editing and writing, occasionally for publication.

    "You should called me" is not correct.

    Remember to capitalise "I" every time you write it.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
