    With/throught your body

I would like to use "through" in this sentence but not sure what it sonds like.

"You have to connect to yourself. The best way to start, is with/throught your body."

    Re: With/throught your body

You have misspelt "through" in your title and in your suggested sentence. Check your spelling before you post.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
