We use "The" for specific thing.
Why don't we use "the" before a particular name? Like: May I speak to Sachin. We have not used "the" before Sachin.
Also may I say that before every noun, there would be an "article" or "preposition" (if noun comes in between the sentences) ? Please clarify
I like plays by William Shakespeare.
Is that Bob?
Where are Jane, John and Sam?
My computer was made by Microsoft.
I don't understand your second question. What do you mean by "if noun comes in between sentences"? The only thing that comes between two sentences is a closing punctuation mark (full stop, question mark or exclamation mark).

Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
