We expect your quotation ....... to be included and/or specially referred to

    Hello everybody!

We expect your quotation, however, covering the performance of the entire job with all preparations, side and access work, staging, rigging, transport of labour andmaterial, lighting, cranage, use of special equipment, cleaning, disposal, preservation, testing, fire watch, compliance with environmental regulations and whateveris necessary or compulsory to complete the job, to be included and/or specially referred to.

To put it in a nutshell, I think the general idea behind the sentence is that we expect your quotation to be included and/or specially referred to or we expect (that) yourquotation will be included and/or specially referred to or someone will include and/or specially refer to your quotation, and the quotation covers the following:the performance of the entire job with all preparations, side and access work, staging, rigging, transport of labour andmaterial, lighting, cranage, use of special equipment, cleaning, disposal, preservation, testing, fire watch, compliance with environmental regulations and whateveris necessary or compulsory to complete the job.

    Thank you.

    Do you agree?

It means your price quote must be all-inclusive. You will not be allowed to charge for any extras unless you can prove they are not on that extremely comprehensive list.
