Can visitors visit the statue daily?

Can we answer this question by using: No, visitors can't

It would be strange. It's also a strange question.
"Can people visit the statue every day?"
    "No, it's closed on Mondays."

Can people visit the statue every day?
Can we accept the answer "No, people can't."?

Re: Can visitors visit the statue daily?

That would be unnatural. We don't usually repeat "people" in such situations. We would simply say "No" or "No, they can't".
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
