    I would like to ask if we should put 'do' after 'will' or not.

    It's not necessary. "Not yet but I will" is absolutely fine.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    You could say, "Not yet, but I will do it".
