    make vs order

I make a reservation for a IPhone 6 Plus. When can I pick up?

I order a IPhone 6 Plus through the Internet. When can I pick up?

Which is more popular to say?

As amended, the two are equal.

    Re: make vs order

Both sentences seem to need the past tense.

    I made a reservation...
I ordered an iPhone 6 Plus...

    Re: make vs order

I think you should use the present continuous if you are doing it now, but I am not a teacher.

Polyester, if you are in the process, then I agree with Matthew; use the present continuous.

    Re: make vs order

Note the correct way to write "iPhone" (lower case "i", upper case "P"). It is an official, copyright product name and must be written correctly.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

You are asking a hypothetical question of a group of English grammar teachers. That's why your usage is correct.
