    Cool Bust down

I've found "bust down" at the following paragraph:

"I’m going to tell you right now they’re probably just going to bust the house down anyways.
They’re really buying this house for the property itself.

It's a Realtor who speaks to three house owners hesitating if to fix some problems in the house they want to sell. The Realtor seems to mean that the fixs doesn't pay

My question is about what does "bust down" mean here?

Is it meaning they are going to demolish the house, or just are gonna remodeling quite all? What makes the whole thing even more confusing is this "property". Can property be understood as the field in which the house is settled, or is it rather all the property, field and house?

    Thanks for your help

    Re: Bust down

In that context it means "demolish", although I would use "pull down" rather than "bust down". "property" refers to the land the house is standing on.

    Re: Bust down

I agree with bhai, but I would use "tear down the house".
